I created this website as an easy way to allow folks to see some of my work. While my Social Media is fairly active, I don't want everyone to have to sign-up or add or follow or whatever else is needed in order to catch a glimpse of what I have done and what I can do.
After many years of coming up with crazy ideas of how to automate a variety of things, I decided to try to make my own CNC machine in 2018
I LOVED the challenge and though it was ugly as hell, I was able to make a machine that when I told the computer to cut a shape, it did just that.
From that moment on, I have been hooked. Deterimened to make the best CNC Machines money can buy. And I have been successful.
In my own garage/shop, I built and use a 53" x 53" CNC Plasma, A CNC Converted old Grizzly Mill with a Custom 4th Axis, a 36" Custom CNC Lathe and I can Powdercoat anything I cut and/or make using my Powdercoating Oven and Booth that I built.
If you want me to create a custom machine for you, let me know. Or if you just want to say "hi" without connecting on a social platform, Go For It!
Every time I create a new machine for myself, a client or a friend...I accumulate more and more "spare" things.
And I always have thought about using those spare things to make a simple CNC Laser.
When it comes to using a laser, the control system that all of my builds use is not designed for "grayscale" lasering.
So the actual build of the machine would be no problem, but the learning curve of using GRBL as the controller would be a challenge.
It took me just shy of 2 months to begin and complete my first machine with GRBL as it's "brain" and I couldn't be happier.
It's a simple 20W Diode Laser. It's engraves powder coated and anodized aluminum beautifully. And the effects it can do with acrylic are amazing. See It NOW!

I am an expert when it comes to designing and fabricating machinery. My CNC Machines are top-of-the-line and are custom built to order per client's needs. Whether you're looking for a small one to just cut wood or a large one that is able to cut metal, plastics and wood...I can get that done for you. All of my machines come with the computer and software to run it and the software is custom tailored to your machine's capabilities. You won't find a more accurate, reliable, or easy to understand CNC Machine on the market.
I require a 50% deposit in order to begin to create your machine.
Use the information below to learn more about the different options and to get an idea of pricing.
Our machine is equipped with a high end plasma cutter. It uses a combination of air and plasma to create an intensely heated arc that's incredibly small. It allows use to cut through all metals quickly and with precision.
While plasma is fast and can accomplish most cuts regarding metals, there are times when milling is needed. Our machine uses a cutting head with several options to ensure precision when it comes to some special projects.
Our machine is equipped with a high powered spindle. We have a wide range of bits to be able to cut wood and plastics in an infinite amount of ways. Pricing is based on the wood chosen and the complexity of the project.
We only recently added laser etching capabilities to our machine. Our laser is not powerful enough to cut metals, but it can quickly etch details into wood and plastics. It's a great way to personalize projects.
What started out as simply a way to mark out steel for customer approval, our machine can quickly and easily draw surfaces like poster-board with precision. This may be a way of expressing yourself in a temporary way.
There are times when you have an idea of what you want, but have a difficult time describing it. Nothing to worry about, because we'll go over everything with you and come up with an idea and product you'll love.

I currently offer single operation g-code creation for lathes in Imperial Decimal Inches. It's intended for making quick work of creating code for turning, boring and facing. Perhaps you know you just need to take off 0.003 inches of material in order to get your parts to fit. Rather than configuring your CAM software to take off that extra bit, you can simple set your tool at the Z and X Axis', establish them as ZERO, answer a few quick form question and my system will create the code for you. You'll just need to copy the code and paste it into notepad and the like and Save-As to save it with the extension your machine interpets.
